Küchenmeister und Inhaber Manuel Lurker
Manuel Lurker begann seine kulinarische Karriere mit einer Ausbildung zum Koch, die er von 2010 bis 2013 im ehemaligen Hotel und Restaurant Grafs Adler absolvierte.
Danach sammelte er drei Jahre Erfahrung als Jungkoch, bevor er 2016 die Position des Küchenchefs übernahm.
Mit seiner Leidenschaft für Qualität und Kreativität absolvierte er die Weiterbildung zum Küchenmeister mit Bravour und verfeinerte sein Können stetig weiter.
Im November 2023 übernahm er schließlich das Hotel und Restaurant Adler und führt es nun mit Hingabe, handwerklicher Perfektion und höchstem Qualitätsanspruch weiter.
Dabei setzt er konsequent auf frische, regionale Zutaten und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit heimischen Produzenten, um seinen Gästen authentische und hochwertige Geschmackserlebnisse zu bieten.
Sein Ziel: Gäste mit raffinierten Geschmackserlebnissen zu begeistern, die Tradition des Hauses auf moderne Weise fortzuführen und dabei Regionalität und Qualität an erste Stelle zu setzen.

At the Hotel and Restaurant Adler, chef and owner Manuel Lurker welcomes you with excellent regional cuisine that skillfully incorporates international influences.
Using fresh, local ingredients, he creates dishes that delight both the palate and the eye.
Enjoy local beef, freshly caught fish and game from the Black Forest, accompanied by homemade spaetzle, cranberries, fresh garden vegetables and lamb's lettuce from the Huber farm in Ebersweier-Durbach.
These ingredients are a given for us, as is the care and attention to detail in the preparation.
Depending on the season, delicate seasonal specialties such as local game from the Griesheim Gottswald, St. Martin's goose or tender asparagus and wild garlic dishes enrich our menu.
